Yes it is! I hope you get your pizza for supper! Maybe that is what we will do too.
We did! It is so much cheeper than buying a meal.
We ended up picking up frozen pizzas to fix for supper last night. It was after 8 pm before I even got them started. The Quarterback Club meeting lasted much longer than it should have. I was wore out by the time I got to relax.

I hope you feel better soon. I am so annoyed with this really dry cough. It is driving me nuts!
Thanks for the offer. We still have a well on our empty property and there is a tree stump with a moat dug around it that I can bury a body in if I need to. Otherwise, I have heard a pack of coyotes nearby lately.
Speaking of the empty lot, I am pretty sure I was referred to as the "b@tchy old neighbor" the night before last. I was out taking care of the pets when I saw 2 kids come zinging through the middle of the lot on his bike. They are from the crappy neighbors a street over. I was just getting ready to say something to them about being on it (I don't want to be responsible if one gets hurt) when the second one crashed and burned, right at the edge on our property. He laid there for quite a while crying and then left his bike and limped back home (back through the center of our lot). Of course, he did exactly what I was afraid of. Crashed on our property! I wait...they come back for his bike, I look at the first one and explain life to him if they ever come on our property again and told him to pass it on to his buddy. (who was busy gathering his bike) I hear them standing there whispering about me. Oh well. I couldn't use a gun, so I had to warn them instead.
Then last night while we are outside a huge pretty brown dog wanders up the driveway. Hubby yells for it to go away. It goes back down the drive and comes right up in the yard. I yell, it looks at me. hubby goes and gets the BB gun and starts firing shots into the ground. I was too close. I was getting pelted with rocks, dirt and what ever else he was shooting at. I grab the first thing I see which is a metal t-post and swing it around yelling at it. It looks at me, comes on up by the house, lays down and stares at me. I am
I then send hubby to a neighbor down the road because it had been following their kids around earlier. Nope. I look at him. He is beautiful and looks very friendly, but very solidly built. I have to leave for my meeting so I have Destiny keep an eye on it. After the meeting I get texts from her. Good news is that the dog is gone. Bad news is that some lady she had never seen before shows up and says "I brought your kitten back." Des tells her it is pretty but not ours. The lady then hands it over to her and walks away. Like we need another cat!
Oh and Colton hit his hand again last night. Luckily Coach agrees with us that it is not broken!

Quarterback Club?
It is a club for the parents of all the football players. We raise money for equipment, supplies, anything the teams needs. We also paint the field before the games, etc. Football is highly regarded around here and we take good care of our team. Right now there is a riff with the senior parents that I seemed to have stepped into.

What happened?
There are a couple mothers that are in a "group" and never want to agree with what everyone else wants. We are working on now getting 2X5 posters of all the senior boys to hang on the fence for Homecoming and Senior night and getting a group one to present to the coach for banquet. They are arguing over size, which pics to use, want the team pic retaken because one of the boys isn't on the team anymore, just stuff like that. They don't understand that it is for the boys. We aren't all particularly close friends, but we all agree we want to make this the best possible season for the boys. Not to argue about every point.
