Chickenchick - I hope you get feeling better soon.
Michelle--another kitten? oh boy. And Colton hit his hand AGAIN? My son would probably declare him Emo, with all of his recent injuries.

As for dinner here...I have no idea. I told my son to put on a crockpot of beans this morning, but that didn't happen. I suppose it still isn't too late to do so for a late supper. Might go take care of that in a bit, then turn it into chili.

Garage is much cleaner now. I may clean out the coturnix cage later. Otherwise, the rest of the garage is nice and tidy and swept, and extraneous things removed.

I have all the windows open but there just isn't enough air movement outside to bring in any fresh air. It's DEAD still out there.

It will turn out that we are getting the posters for anyone who wants to participate and if a parent chooses not to, they can explain to their son why they didn't.

I think we are going to go paint the field tonight and then our favorite restaurant has $1 tacos on Thursday so we usually go there to eat.

As for the avatar, I think an avatar should represent something important to a person if they choose not to use their own picture. It should reflect something about you.

Whatever it is I hope it leaves me real quick. Michelle and NY I am sorry you two aren't 100% either. Maybe its just the weather change? It is cool and windy today.

Oh hey I texted my nephew Zac, the older of the 2 that came to stay with us this summer. He called and asked if he could come out next month to hunt.

He is going to try to get his Dad to come but if he cant get the time off he may bring his brother or a friend. I can't wait to see them again, great kids. He was just starting his packing, he leaves for college, in the morning!! MEN!!

Michelle it sounds like the kitten "returning" neighbor was insinuating that all the cats in the neighborhood must be your fault

You should take two of yours to her door step and say oh I thought this was an exchange program

Rozzie seriously you have to stop with the cleaning already, especially when I feel like crap and I am watching my house go down hill in front of my eyes.

Algo I always seem to miss you but it is so nice to read that you have been here.

I hope Coltons hand heals soon, poor kid, that has to hurt. Can he continue to play like that?

Raymond has a game tomorrow night in Cut Bank (about an hour away) and the Saturday that team comes here for a JV game. Rather than stay up and go to town friday night to get him then run him back in the morning he is going to stay with Grandma and Grandpa friday night. I asked her yesterday when I was visiting with her and she said no problem. They are such life savors.

The new heater for the hot tub came today and Kenny got it in and it is heating up as we speak. Of course it would feel perfect right now the way I have the body aches, but it will be heated up soon enough.

Tanya, whoo hoo! on the heater! Hope this one works for ya. Are ya sure you don't have more than "just a bug"? lol Alot of people find out their flu symptoms are really more than just the flu when the doc. insists on a preggers test. Don't think it can't happen to you either. My 47 year old cousin just sent his last of 2 kids to college when his 45 year old wife thought she had just a bug and now they have the sweetest lil 8 month old baby boy! Never can be too careful.

That is flipping phenominal!!! Im so jealous..Im coming up on another quit date but I wont say when:-( Im going for it after chickenstock though-not until!!! haha

Can I bizatch about my animals?
Today it has been POURING ( for the last 4 days it has-pouring!) Went to lock up chickens-"judge Judy" is missing-AGAIN WC polish hen. 1/2 hour in the pouring rain and found her all the way up behind the garage-she never goes up there! Now Im freezing and drenched. COme in the house just in time to hear my oldest DD freaking out-Cat peed on her bed right down to the matress! nasty smelly-DH shut our bedroom door where litter box is--dang it!!! Then my stupid cocker peed right in front of us on the carpet not 20 minutes later! Not only that... I had him at the vets this week because he is a walking bacteria plate-eye infection-ear infection-skin infection-prednisone-antibiotics -drops shampoo...Im so sick of these inside animals..Ilove them all but on days like this I cant stand them!

I feel a tad better but dang I treat my animals like gold and this is the crap I get? If I didnt love my cocker so much I would seriously get rid of him-I even shaved him down to his skin the other night ( after a 20 minute bath with his new 20$ shampoo) 1 1/2 hours shaving him-I was sweating!
