How is Colton this afternoon, Michelle? I've been at work, plus dealing with family things so might have missed an update.

They ordered an MRI on his shoulder and an ultrasound on his thigh where it is swollen, so we are staying another night

Wow, I go to work for a day and come back to find Colton has had an accident?!

Glad to see he is going to be ok after all his hurts get better. My only son is just 3 and I go nuts every time he gets a little cut so I can not even imagine what you are going through Michelle.

Hope yall get to go home soon and he starts to feel better real fast.

OMG...I dont know what to say except Im so sorry MIchelle and Des. Im so glad to hear they are all alive and going to make it!!! Allbiet with some major bruising and alot of pain:-( I did not read the thread this am-I was off and on with hatching my chicks out and way less important stuff than this:-( Ill be watching for updates and praying for a very fast speedy recovery! Hope the MRI turns out great-now lyndsey is his GF right--I forgot her name as weve been calling her vapira for so long-and her jaw is wired?? Um I wont comment ( I was going to make a hickey joke but its not the time for that) But I am glad nothing serious-I mean really serious didnt happen to her. Maybe its a good thing Colton doesnt remember everything? For now at least. I bet when he is at home recouping it will start to come back to him-I know I would be totally curious as to what happened and how??? Like a deer-or a peek at the radio with eyes off the wheel and such-or texting???-you just never know...It was probably something he had done a million times and this last time was as second to late:-( This way when he does remember he wont do it again out of fear? Its happens, there's lots of things Ive done and almost got into a wreck over and I almost get a panic attack when it feels like Im reliving it-?? Either way Im just so glad everyone is ok---

Better to stay the extra night than to have to go back later! Plus, that way it all stays under one deductible, if that matters, for insurance. (Not sure how yours is set up...) Go back later and it's a new admission...

I think that boy needs a big batch of cookies, cake, cheesecake, or whatever it is he likes when he gets home! Or, if he's like my son, it'll be pizza he wants when he starts thinking about such things...

They said her face is completely crushed... They are doing surgery on Wednesday and giving her a trach and a feeding tube

ahhhhhhhhh crushed??? God now I feel like even more crap for making a joke about her jaw!!! I didnt know it was that serious I was reading so fast to try and catch up as It was turning my tummy reading and all I saw was a wired jaw for her... poor poor poor girl

How is Coltons holding up with all of this--he must be devestated

If its that bad he should wait like the docs say----let the docs do some work first and let her poor face heal a bit before he sees her..It could REALLY upset him if he isnt at that point now-poor kid I cant imagine
