Glad to know you survived the teens over the weekend!! I have meant to ask, if I haven't already, what kind of work do you do? I hope you get caught up soon. I have plenty I need to be doing, but this weather is not motivating me at all. Come to think of it, what do you do Charmed?

Senior supervisor at an immunology and cancer research center. I overlook the experimental facility..Fast paced and very busy at all times-sometimes like this week is much worse! and you guys what do you do? oops got paged gotto go:)

I work in sales at a small market radio station. We actually have 3 stations, an AM station that no one listens to, a classic country FM station and a hot country FM station. I also get suckered in to a variety of other duties too, but after 18 years working in a nursing home, I am very much grateful for my 8-5, Monday through Friday desk job!

Your job sounds very interesting! We don't have anything like that here is small town USA!

That sounds fun!!!! How cool! My job is interesting. I went from a culinary arts occupation to being a stay at home mom for 5 years to entering into a science field-and going back to college for a Math and Science degree-That took me 5 years to finish! I've been hear 8 years and I love it-stressful-but I love it.

Being at a job that you are happy at makes all the difference. Some days it is super crazy around here, but overall I really love it. We are family friends of the owners also, so sometimes it is a positive, other times, negative. But it is flexible enough for my lifestyle (how many bosses let you bring your baby goat to work so you can feed it properly?) and if I don't have a brain freeze when I really need to write some creative ads it isn't too bad at all! I have been here almost 3 years, walked in not knowing at all what I was doing, but have caught on pretty quick!

I have been taking care of my parents for the past 3 years now. My DM just died of lung cancer the 30 of May so it's just my dad now. I come over every day and do laundry, clean, dole out meds, mow the yard, grocery shop, etc.. Dad is kinda feeble and has fallen a couple of times so he's not left alone for very long.

Not as exciting as what you guys do I'm afraid.

that sounds great! I did the family business thing in Chicago for 7 years-too much stress at the end-so we moved back home to Upstate NY-that and I didnt want to raise my children in Illinois-wanted to be home where the rest of my family is!
