You have got to watch it. It is one of my favorite movies!! Right up there with Toy Story. You have seen Toy Story...right?

I am fairly certain we own them, so I will pull them out sometime! I used to entertain Destiny for hours with Disney movies and she has almost all of them and still watches them regularly.

The movies I can't resist are Stephen King!! I love that man! I also really enjoy chick flicks!

Hi girls! sorry I was MIA today. We left this morning early to run some errands and just got home.

Michelle are you doing better? I hope so. Good luck at the game.

My DS is in even bigger trouble now. He was in trouble over grades and now he got caught lying. So he is home now and will not be going to the game. I am so frustrated right now I think my head may explode.

So forgive me if I missed something in the past posts. I skimmed through them and will go back and read them after I get all of this stuff put away and a few things taken care of.(and a glass of wine poured )

I agree Finding Nemo and Toy Story are awesome movies! We have TS and we might have FN. I am going to look and if we do its wine and movie night. Maybe that will help my mood.

I hope you all have a great friday and have fun plans for the weekend. We will be gone all day tomorrow. We are joining some friends on a scenic mountain ATV ride. The weather is suppose to be perfect and we will take a picnic lunch.

Our game was a heart breaker last night. We lost 24-21. Fumbled away the ball 4 times in the first half or we would have had it. The boys played so hard in the second half, but just came up short. However, Mizzou did win and we did get to see about a quarter and a half of the game!

NY--Have fun this weekend! If you have the right kind of family it can be really enjoyable, if not, it can be miserable!

Good Morning peeps! How was your weekends??

I didn't do much of anything. My phone died Saturday morning. I hate to get a new phone. Went to the phone store to pick out a new one (hubby made me). Picked one out. Not in stock. I ask how long, they say (and I quote) "a long time, there aren't any available anywhere". I ask about a second phone. "We have one at Cameron if you want to drive over there to get it (45 min) and we will activate it for you (make sure they get their commission)." I say I am done and walk out. This always happens when I get a phone, always have to settle because they never have what I want. We leave, Jimmie and the kids go back like 30 minutes later because Colton did pick out a phone he liked AND they had it in stock. The lady tells Jimmie the first phone (the one that would take a LONG time because no one had it) is in Kirksville and they could have it here Monday. Huh?! Then I was even madder instead of happy. They found it for him, but not me? I think they thought I would "settle" and since I walked out, they better do something to get my business. I am happy they found it but won't hold my breath that it will be here today. Meanwhile, I have the battery out of Destiny's old phone and it is keeping mine going. For now. So, to wrap it all up. My phone dies, Colton gets a new one. Story of my life.

Otherwise, my weekend was filled with football and a brief trip to Wal-Mart and house work. Oh, and we got Thunder's costume. It is an orange cape with black bones on it! We are going to have my mom sew a big "T" on it. He is going to be "Thunder Dog" for Halloween!! I will definitely take pics!

I have to tell all of you what happened to me Saturday. I was sitting at the farm watching TV when my phone rang. It said Mom and Dad's. I assumed it was my sis since my dad doesn't use the phone at all. She takes care of him on the weekends. I answered and said hello? Static was all I heard. So I said hello a couple more times and figured maybe my sis sat on the phone or something and caused it to call me. I called back..no answer. (Dad doesn't answer the phone) So I called her at her house.(Next door) She answered so I told her I got a call from Mom and dads house..she should go check on dad. He was napping! No one could have called me from there. Believe..don't believe....I know it was my mom letting me know she's still around. Isn't that cool! You hear about things like that happening but Wow. Gives me goose bumps just thinking about it!

PS..For all non believers..plz don't comment...

Let me live in my own little world!

Chickenchick..did you get your DS straightened out? I was just reminding my oldest about the "No Jar" Every time the kids did something to get in trouble for, they got a "No" in the jar. Then when they wanted to do something, we had to go see if they had any "Nos" in the jar. If they did they couldn't do what ever they had wanted to do and one "No" was taken out. This worked pretty well for awhile. They really watched how they acted and stuff!
