Yes!! I made it out of the freezer. Good thing I ventured in there too. I have a package of Pork Chops that I need to use up. So I will cook them on my George Foreman and we will have twice baked potatoes and corn on the side. I usually do something Mexican on Tuesday. We call it "Taco Tuesday" around here. Poor Raymond and DH are going to be confused as to what day it is! Tacos tomorrow though. I have to spend most of the day in town tomorrow so it will work out better anyway.

We had pork Sunday night. I fried it up, covered it in creamed soup and threw it in the oven, then hurry to make sure the boys weren't tearing anything else out of the house! It was really good! We decided to go to the Mexican restaurant for lunch, but I am still thinking tacos sound good for supper!

I am feeling better, just snotting and coughing, but nothing I can't handle. Destiny has it too and really has a cough. She probably needs to be home in bed right now, but is stubborn like her mom!

We have a total of 3 more games, then we can put this season behind us and start again next year. I think they all need a break and a new game plan and just step back for a bit.

Mocha and I just got back from a walk. She pulls pretty hard. She wanted to run and check everything out. I am a little nervous to let her run just yet. Although she was on her cable to go potty the first night and slipped her collar off. Next thing we knew she was whining at the door!!

my family are the pickiest ever-they never eat leftovers never unless its lazagna-the chickens now get it all-so I try and not cook too much everynight. You guys are all very lucky! Thats why I love it when DH goes to hunting camp-my girls and I always do a free for all every night!

It really sounds like Mocha knows she has it good where she's at!! Too bad her and Thunder aren't closer together so they can have play dates!

We do cream of chicken or something like that, my boys boycott anything remotely related to mushrooms! The most popular creamed soup dish at our house is tater tot casserole. I can't make enough of that stuff! Reminds me, I haven't made that for a while either...

El porko...

they do make some dishes with pork, but can't remember off the top of my head what they are. Shoot, I should have looked when we were at El Nopal a little bit ago!
