So, people think I am crazy enough until I have this conversation with them.
Person: "How did you get into Tupperware?"
Me: "From a lady in Washington state."
Person: "How did you meet her?"
Me: "Well, you know the chicken people I talk to on the internet? She is one of them!"

Happy Anniversary guys! How many years has it been??? thats great!!!!

Happy Anniversary Michelle!!

Terrie I actually used to sell Tupperware, about 10 years ago! I only did it about a year. I liked it I just had some things change in my life and had to let it go. I have tons of it! I still have key pieces from my "kit" and I am also using Tupperware that my Mom bought before I was born (almost 40 years ago

Michelle those pictures are great! You look super comfy and hubby looks adorable! It looks like you all had a great time.

Thanks all for the pumpkin compliments, but I cheated, mostly! The kitty and face were stencils I found on-line. The chicken was a kids coloring page that I modified and used as a stencil. It was fun and a total waste of time, but hey, you have to do that once in a while, right!!

Charmed I have a hand grinder that I was going to use then hubby said , hey I can hook a motor to that!

We didn't because I discovered I had a grinder attachment for my kitchen aide. That is what we used last year. It was actually my Moms mixer and it is well over 35 years old and I love the thing! Well now that the rest of the family knows we can process our own deer, hey can you do ours too?? Well hey can you pitch in for a commercial grinder so I don't burn up my mixer!! So the BIL went in on a grinder and it works SO much faster. I ground up his whole deer in about 20 minutes yesterday!

The FB banquet was fun. It was great to see Raymond with all the guys. He was tickled when he found out he got a letter. We didn't think he would get one for being Manager, but he did. The Coach also asked him to be his Manager next year. So it was a good night.

I am baking Scotcheroos this morning and the coffee is on, whos coming over??

So, have you considered getting back into selling Tupperware again? Terrie is wonderful to work with and I have gotten great response with it! People remember having it for years and know how durable it is and are willing to buy more. That was my favorite part of the open house was people reminiscing about what they used to have and what they still have in their cabinets or their parents or grandparents have/had! There are also many new things added.

You crack me up over the "hubby adding a motor to a hand grinder"! Sounds just like mine! Colton borrowed a hand corn grinder from the neighbor to crack corn for the chickens last year. It only lasted for Destiny and I to use, then they got ahold of it, mounted it to a table and put a motor on it!They are always doing something like that!

Tell Raymond congrats on lettering! I think all managers deserve one since they work hard or harder than the players sometimes! All our managers are usually girls though. Last year we had a mentally/physically challenged boy help out too. He wanted to be on the team so bad, so coach gave him a jersey and put him to work. He had a great time! They moved away, so we didn't have him this year. What really gets me though is that not all football players letter. They go to local camp, they go away to camp, they lift weights almost all year around, practice in the summer and all season. If you are a starter or manager or play so much on varsity you get a letter. As a freshman, Colton didn't letter. As a sophomore, he got a "provisional" letter. That means he played, but not enough and if he plays the next year he will get one. So, this year he will finally letter. Also, since he got scout team player of the week he automatically lettered anyway. I just feel all those boys work so hard from freshman on up and all deserve a stinking letter!

I almost gathered my stuff and headed your way, but decided Hubby would probably want me home for our anniversary, so I will have to take a rain check on that. But it is really tempting!

for the good bargain! I used to be really good about jumping in and getting Christmas done, but I put it off worse and worse every year. In fact, Destiny and I were talking about that this morning. "Hey Mom, are we going to wait until the night before Grandma and Grandpa's Christmas to go shopping this year?"
gig.gif
"No Dear. Let's try to start a little earlier this time." I have great intentions and usually make more than one trip to the city with my sister to shop, but never come home with anything. Speaking of that, I haven't got hubby an anniversary present yet...
