Ah! I can't wait to go to the movie tomorrow night and pig out! We are going to see "The Blind Side".

Oh I can't wait to see that movie. It looks really good and I love Sandra Bullock. Let me know what you think of it. I saw on the view this morning that they are taking concession stands out of movie theaters in New York due to rats!!

The popcorn is the reason I go to the theater. I seriously have not seen more than 5 movies in the theater in the past 15 years!

Destiny has been counting down to New Moon, but when she found out they were coming out the same day, she picked The Blind Side.

We will see New Moon sometime next week instead. We rarely go to movies either, but I have been really looking forward to this one. Last month my sister talked me into Law Abiding Citizen with Girard Butler. I didn't think I wouldn't enjoy anything with him in it, but I hated the whole thing! Thanks for the story about rats, I will remember that when I order tomorrow night.

Hi Everyone! I have been shopping online for Christmas! Seeing how I am usually shopping on Christmas Eve, this is a big accomplishment for me! I got this in an email today and had to share it. My DH has a cousin in Calif that sends me emails left and right. This one is funny!

Here it is.........






Sally was driving home from one of her business trips in Northern Arizona when she saw an elderly Navajo woman walking on the side of the road.

As the trip was a long and quiet one, she stopped the car and asked the Navajo woman if she would like a ride.

With a silent nod of thanks, the woman got into the car.

Resuming the journey, Sally tried in vain to make a bit of small talk with the Navajo woman. The old woman just sat silently, looking intently at everything she saw, studying every little detail, until she noticed a brown bag on the seat next to Sally.

'What in bag?' asked the old woman .

Sally looked down at the brown bag and said, 'It's a bottle of wine. I got it for my husband.'

The Navajo woman was silent for another moment or two. Then speaking with the quiet wisdom of an elder, she said:

'Good trade'.

And by the way Michelle...I don't believe you can use the words Pitter-patter and St. Bernard in the same sentence!!!

I spent the morning looking at Wal-Mart's Black Friday ad online and making my list. Last year it kinda went like this at our house...
Me: What are we going to get everyone for Christmas?
Hubby: Idk, When are we going shopping?
Me: Idk. Sometime. (a week or so goes by, same conversation, continues from Thanksgiving until about a week before Christmas)
Hubby: When are we going shopping?
Me: Idk, been thinking about it and have made somewhat of a list
Hubby: We have Christmas at my parent's house in 2 days and Christmas is in a week, think we better get started?
Me: If you want. We will go tomorrow evening, come home, wrap presents and be go to go for your parents. We will get the rest later.

I don't know why, I used to love to go shopping, but any more it is just a pain for me. Pretty pathetic when hubby is more excited than I am. I am planning to do better this year.

When we got our first saint puppy Missy she was only 7 weeks old and she was little with pitter-patter feet...for a few weeks anyway!

Oh, and ag teacher returned my request. She said she would love to have Destiny and I both to Barnwarming on Saturday!

That's great! Dig out the pink cowboy boots and hat, grab the bandana and have fun! You should find a real funky get-up and have it hanging out. When Colton sees it tell him that's your outfit for the dance!

Then snap a pic of his face!! I bet it will be priceless! And you are lucky your DH goes shopping with you. Mine hates crowds and does not shop. The only shopping he does is for my presents! Try shopping online. I found some sites with free shipping. Then I google promotion codes and get 5 to 10% off.

Hi Girls!

Hubby and I both had appts in town early this morning. We just got home a short while ago. We even went to lunch, there is this place that makes Caesar Salad Wraps, they are SO good!

Charmed that joke was great! I don't like to shop, at all! My MIL and SIL would rather shop than anything else. Even when we go camping across the mountains, they drive into town to shop. I think at first they thought I was rude not to go but it just isn't my thing. In all honesty, it stresses me out!

Now give me a cup of coffee, a credit card and my computer... thats shopping!

Our Christmas list is pretty short this year. I send baked goods to our family in Washington and New Mexico. So that leaves Raymond and DH and I have decided to buy something small for each other this year. I never know what to give him but he has always been an awesome gift giver.

So that sounds pretty easy, but Raymond hasn't given us any ideas

Well he did say we could get him a girlfriend!!

I told hubby we could get him a blow up doll and dress her of course! He would get a kick out of it. But hubby said it was just wrong! Funny, but wrong. I guess he is right!!

I am glad to hear you and Colton had a great time together. So have you decided if you will go or not? It sounds like it might be fun.

Well, I'm getting ready to go home. I will have a housefull again this weekend for deer season. One on the hunters' wifes is coming too so I have to entertain as well as cook! I think I will take her to the Osceola Cheese Factory and maybe an antique shop or two. Then I will bring her back home and make her help me put plastic up on the windows of the chicken house!!!
