Welcome back! I am sitting here resisting chocolate. For some reason, I keep thinking of chocolate! I think those serving sizes are for children age 8 and under! Ahhh spaghetti sounds soooo good. I will be late getting home, so it is hard telling what hubby throws together for us tonight! I don't like the whole "diet" idea anyway. I think I will do better to focus on smaller portions of the "good" stuff!
Aww chocolate! I resisted temptation to pick up a candy bar in every place we went to in town! I swear I could smell it! I don't normally eat candy bars but every few months my PMS is just harsh and this just happens to be one of those months! I think you are right about smaller portions. Otherwise I will "diet" all day then come supper I eat way more of the stuff I like than I should. I hope hubby threw something good together for you! Have a nice evening
