It wouldn't take so long if I didn't want to paint. However we painted the bedroom last summer and it is amazing the difference a little color makes. We may as well just do it!!!!!!!!!!

Ok you can tell it to come here, but it can't stay too long!! I am glad you ( or anyone else) didn't fall. Hubby always tease me to be careful, because at my age I could break a hip!

Maybe that is why he got arrested, you can't run very fast in flip flops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby tells me the same thing, although it is usually Destiny who falls and she gets mad when I laugh at her!

Jerry says he thinks they always wear flip flops, but I will ask my sis about it or my buddy Judge Hudson. (doesn't hurt to have a sis as a lawyer and a friend for a judge when you have a teenage boy!

) I guess I have never paid attention before. Sometimes I glance out to see if it is anyone I know, but that's about it! I do know it is hard to find a parking spot on Tuesdays!

Bear in mind, our bathroom is barely big enough for the 3 of us to get in it, so it didn't take much time at all. Also, I still haven't painted the walls. The wait should be well worth it.

Well, it has quieted down a bit today from yesterday. We had a few people not come in and it made for a hectic Monday. For a while there, Destiny thought she was going to have to be on 2 stations at the same time! As it turns out, she did have to put in an 11 hour day between both of them. I also have a rant I would like to get off my chest about work. Listen or skip over.

We have 2 major stations (3rd one is AM, no one listens to it and it is a rant in itself). KTTN has been on the air for over 50 years and is very popular with the "older" people. It carries local news, weather, sports, farm reports, birthday show, trading post, classic country music, etc. It is our baby and our big money maker. KGOZ is hot country that is in satellite most of the day. We try to keep it as music and music show oriented as we can since it targets the "younger" age group. On Saturday, KGOZ had a computer glitch and didn't fire any ads, liners or IDs. No one caught it for 16 hours!! How does that happen? I don't expect the general public to notice since it does still carry on by satellite, but I know for a fact that the boss closely monitors KTTN when it is on satellite to make sure things run smoothly. It is like KGOZ is the red headed step child no one cares about.

I listen to it all day long since the studio is right by my desk, but when at home, I don't have good signal. I guess it isn't anyone in particular's fault since we expect things to be okay, but you would think someone would have noticed from 3 am to 7 pm on a Saturday. All that we can do is damage control at this point. Make up what we can and take a loss on the rest. Okay, I am done now. Thank you for listening!

If someone called, there is no one here to answer the phone on the weekends.

Ahh, the dreaded dead air! We get that once in a while, followed by footsteps heading for the studio! We like to mess around here too! My favorite is when I go in to hand a note or something to the DJ during severe weather and my phone goes off! Those guys will comment on that every time!

I am soooo ready for spring. I have already been planning what to plant in my garden this year. Not getting to plant last year has me rearing to go!!! I also want to get some grapes and blueberries planted. And some apple trees too! And I want some turnips! I want, want ,want!!! Sound like a toddler! Lol!!

You all know I am a little nutty so this won't surprise you any! I miss the days when Raymond wanted to go outside and make a snow man. Well both him and hubby were gone, so I made a snowman for some peeps that would appreciate it! It is in the chicken run and except for the hat is all chicken friendly. He has egg shell buttons, grape eyes, candy nose(not real chicken nutritious but yummy) pomegranate peel mouth and beef jerky logo! Oh and I sprinkled unpopped popcorn all over him!
