Water is yucky!

I promise I will try to drink more water starting today. I am the same way about the numbers. I get discouraged if I don't see them budging and I feel I am really working at it. I mean I am NOT a runner! I have never liked to run and had no reason to. So the fact that I am including a 4 mile run done in 20 minutes with another 40 minutes of other exercises should yield some results in its self with out starving! Right?

Once you get in the habit of drinking water, it gets easier to get it down. Put a little weight friendly flavoring in it if you need to. My problem is my sweet tea and mountain dew habit. I have to compensate for that. I got back from lunch and Carol left me a note that she was downstairs and had some ideas to share with me. When I got down there she was doing laps, so I joined her. We walked about a mile. It is much easier when you have someone to pass the time with.

Colton took Des to Chilli to look for a new cell phone so she is going to stay all night with my sis. Therefore, there went my workout buddy for the evening!

I think we can, I think we can, I think we can.......

Michelle you mentioned you were looking for a Wii Fit. I noticed they have them on Amazon.com They also have the Wii Fit Plus, it is the newer version, a little more expensive though. I really want it though! Beings I already have the Wii Fit its just $20 for the Wii Fit Plus Game. It tracks calories burned and tells you what you need to do to burn of certian things or which exercise to do to achieve certian gaols. It also lets you create a custom work out routine instead of jumping from activity to activity. There is a video on Amazon that lets you check it out.

Hubby and I are Amazon addicts! I went there to check out the Plus and saw they still have the one you are looking for. It is alot of fun too. Just wanted to let you know. Have you checked Ebay? I stay off of there but hubby likes it.

I hope you are having a good afternoon. I can't believe I am still awake AND happy since I have been up since 2:40 AM!! Hubby just called and even though he left before 3 he still won't be home until after 7

What kind of dancing? Two step? I used to be able to, but it has been a while. I can teach you to square dance. I took lessons and have been dancing for 3 or 4 years now. We also do some different line dances in between. Sometimes I can catch on, sometimes not.

Chickenchick, I love old things also. I always prefer them over new stuff. LOVE old books and household items. That sounds like a really neat store. I have never heard of that, I wonder if there would be one somewhere here.

It is slightly warmer here, so the snow is melting, and so the dogs are muddy. uggg. It is either freeze or mud. The chickens are not happy about having to stay in their pen.

Lots more reading to do...
