Good morning to both of you! I am on my way to the airport Michelle. I will call you when I get there! It was beautiful here yesterday but today is cold and suppose to snow between now and tuesday! Yuk! I am so sick of this!

Remember I couldn't get my humidity right in the bator? Well.................... It FINALLY dawned on me that maybe it was the sensor, and guess what? It was

So the good news is the humidity is perfect now but the bad news is it was way to high the first few days. I am just crossing my fingers that didn't kill my hatch

I know what you mean about debt load! At least you will feel a little better about not spending it on cigarettes. It seems like there is always some where else it needs to go! When Kenny stopped cigs and whiskey, AND the fuel prices went down, we felt rich! We could buy the name brand bacon

hey if your humidity was high the first couple days your all good--its more like after week 1 thats it starts getting important your all good

the extra $ excuse me the not so extra money is like 500$ a month towards stuff and my DD tuition of 165$ a month ends next month for good so it is deff going to "help" pay down some things or even pay the mortgage instead of being really late all the time....I love to be able to buy name brand stuff-Helmanns-and such hahaha

Good Morning Peeps!

chickenchick--I am sorry you got snow. How much did you end up with? We are enjoying 80 degree weather and it should last until the later part of the week when we will get more rain.

NY--I hear ya about the debt, but you will feel rich, as in, "oh my gosh I have so much money which bill shall I pay first?"

Seriously, I am so proud of you and think you deserve a flock (or whatever you call them) of turkeys. They are fun little things. Betsy was helping me clean out Colton's car yesterday. She now gets in and out of her pen as she pleases and I know she is just dying to jump in a vehicle. Wouldn't that surprise unsuspecting visitors?

So, I had a pretty relaxing weekend. Saturday we got all the animals out and enjoying the sun and grass. Saturday night Tonna and I went to a concert to benefit the Dream Factory. We saw Tammy Cochran. http://tammycochranfans.com/about/ I hadn't heard of her either, but she was really good! We had a good time.

Sunday I cleaned out Colton's car and it looked like a typical teenage boy car. Freddie's truck was also up there, alternator went out and he was out of town. I started cleaning on that thing and I think I almost re-rocked my drive with his floor board! He is a trapshooter and hunter and I didn't even know the color of his floor when I started! That took me most of the afternoon.

Friday Luke and Colton had me helping them clear brush and stack wood while Colton cleaned out a fence row. It wore me out (I think I am getting too old for that kind of stuff). I wasn't paying attention and walked right in the path of a tree he was dropping and the branches brushed my hair! The look on Colton's face was priceless when he turned around and saw me. He checked right before he turned around to drop it and I wasn't there, but I wandered over in the meantime, so it is mostly my fault, but he felt really bad regardless. We got a good laugh out of it later when he realized I wasn't going to kill him!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday!

Michelle it sounds like you had a great weekend. It was so nice of you to clean out the boys vehicles

Just this morning when I was looking for the ice scraper in Kennys back seat, I found the Christmas lights I asked him to put in the shed months ago

Boys will be boys, even when they are 31!!

Raymond spent the night at Nathans friday. He said he had a great time. Nathan was upset because everyone was staring at the boys as they "rolled" down town. Raymond assured him that they were only staring "because of our studliness" !!! It is a cute sight, Nathan in his chair and Raymond limping along as fast as he can to keep up. I got to see Nathan when we picked Raymond up. He looks good and his so smiley. I dropped off a coffee cake.

It is 25 and snowing like crazy! We got an inch yesterday and will easily get another inch before noon. Kenny said it is suppose to stop by noon, so we will see!

I don't even know what all was in Freddie's truck, the whole back behind the seat was filled as well as under it. I didn't touch that stuff or the visor. The rest of it I just moved around to get most of the dirt. Thank goodness he removed all the guns before he left. He told hubby it was cleaner than when he bought it! Colton's car smelled of dirty socks! He keeps his boots in there. I told them both it would now be a good opportunity to ask girls out on dates, but they are much too busy with that. Saturday night they were asked by some girls to bring some brush and start a fire for them down by the river. Imagine their surprise when Tonna, Destiny and I drove by about 10 pm.

They love the girls, but don't have time to "settle down" with any. Ah, to be young again!

I got into an argument with my Mom over the weekend about Colton, but I would rather not post it here. He posted something on Facebook and I admit it wasn't the smartest thing to do, but my sister (older sis, mind you) called Mom and complained about it. Are we still in high school?! Geesh, anyway, one of her friends and Freddie got into a heated debate over Colton's status and I am under fire about it. I told Mom that Melinda is an adult and shouldn't be worrying over HS stuff and arguing with a teenage boy about it does more harm than good. If she would just ignore it, they would quit. Mom now thinks I don't care and I am "lax" with raising my son. She isn't familiar with the teenage boy thing and thinks he is out of control. She raised 2 pretty good girls and Destiny was abnormally good, so Colton has thrown her for a loop. So, I stressed over that all day Saturday and had a long talk with Tonna. She made me feel better and Mom called and apologized.

Happy Monday All! Glad to see everyone had a good weekend! I have to mow at Dad's today and have a landscaping company coming over to bid some work so I won't be on much. Just found out Friday that I have 2 people buried in my back pasture, not just one as first believed.

I also found out that there has been some research done and someone knows where they are at. They were Union sympathisers and were shot by guerillas at the start of the civil war. Father and son. I am going to try to find out where and put up some kind of marker or something. So....sorry about the snow.....keep up the non smoking, great job!......keep enjoying the great weather! Love you guys!
