I have never heard of that brand. The "in" thing around here was Gloria Vanderbilt, Calvin Klein and Jordache jeans! I remember mom splurging once in a while and getting me a pair, but we were poor folks too!

I have 3 pair of GV capris I bought last summer, just for nostalgia purposes I am sure! I tried on a pair of jeans last weekend and they just didn't fit right, so I passed on those.

My Peeps got grounded last night. I let them out yesterday hoping they would be good. But when I got home, they had unearthed 3 of my eggplants, a pepper plant and a tomato plant!

So now, I've got to either keep them locked up or put a fence around the garden. The little brats!

Charmed I am still jealous of your plants! I told your peeps to do that!

Mine just locked me out of the run. I have a hook style lock on the inside of the run so I can lock it from the inside. Bruce use to paw up on the gate and it would open! Well I came out of it earlier today and I must have shut it just right, because I went to go back in and it had locked! Kenny was on the phone with me. He said they did it on purpose! Well that was dumb, becasue I am the treat lady

I had dried some of my huge sunflowers last year and wanted to give them some.

Those are the brands I remember too! I had a pair of GVs I just loved. I didn't get my first Calvins until about 10 years ago. I will never be small enough to wear them again but darn it I refuse to give them up!!


Us too but it taught me how to live with less. My hubby comes from a pretty well off family and I have had to teach him ( with love of course

) how to live on a budget!! (Remember he was only in his 20s when I robbed that cradle

So, after much debate (with myself) I decided I was being silly and left him out on his lead. About 30 mins later I hear a scuffle on the front porch between him and her. I run out, he runs in, I yell at him and whack him on the nose and sent him to his (My) room and bed. He lowered his head and away he went. He was quiet the whole evening, didn't bother me a bit. Colton came in a few hours later and Thunder picked up his leash and tried to follow Colton to ask him to let him out, but Colton wasn't paying attention. He finally came over to me with it and gently put it down. I asked him if he wanted out and he gave a small bark (not the all out bark he usually gives) so I told him to be good and let him out to potty again. He did his business, came back in and went right back to bed. He knew he was in deep doo doo! He asked Destiny to let him out this morning!
