Well, just like Fred Flintstone, when you ask my husband when our anniversary is, he will tell you trash day. So when anniversary talk is abound, all I can think of is Fred and the gang singing Happy Anniversary! Lol!

My hair has done gone on the way side and is back in a headband. I think we are going to color each other's hair tonight. Hopefully...if we have a quiet night!

I will tell him hi from all of you! They sleep deprived him then put strobe lights in his face. They also try to make him hyper ventilate and reduced his meds. By tonight he won't be on any at all. His Dad is still there, but I may have to go tomorrow some time. I'm sure his Dad is beyond tired of being "tied" down

OOO! You are going to color? What color? We want to see. I had to go to town and get my hair color fixed. I just wasn't happy with it, but its all better now! Maybe I can get hubby to take a picture later this evening.

Good morning everyone. It is a pretty sunny morning here, finally! I think our summer has arrived and you are probably sick of yours already! It has been 75 the last 2 days and today looks like a winner too. Calm and warm so far. I need to get out and water my flowers before it gets too hot.

Good Morning!

It is sunny again today too! We got a little break from the heat yesterday, lower 80s, but it is going to warm up again.

I didn't have a relaxing evening like I wanted to, but it was enjoyable. Hubby came home and we complained that we couldn't find snow cone syrup in town (to make homemade cherry lime ades), so he loaded us up to Wal Mart. We didn't find cherry flavoring, but got strawberry instead. We also bought a cheap gun to have around the ranch. Freddie is coming up tonight to show Destiny and I how to shoot it. Hubby will be gone to camp to see Colton and do secret tribal stuff.

Go figure, the fox didn't come around last night. But, while hubby was lying in wait for it, the neighbors were shooting fireworks (probably kept the fox away). He called me out there because the girls were scared to death of the fireworks. He said they were just running from one end of the pen to the other and by the time I got out there they were in the very back of their hut. I finally coaxed them out on a break, but they were terrified!

Bummer you didn't find cherry but I bet strawberry is good. Our Sams Club carries the Torani syrups, I think our local grocery store does too. Maybe you could find it there. It is the same syrup they use in coffee shops. Sams Club is way cheaper.

I probably need a shooting lesson too. Kenny taught me about 3 years ago but I only did it a couple of times. I always joke that we have a house full of guns but I couldn't protect myself with them except to beat the perpetrator over the head!!

I haven't talked to Raymond yet. I don't want to call to early, I am guessing they kept him up until 6 then he should get a nap. If he doesn't go home today I will go spend the weekend there. His Dad has to go back to work in the morning.

Destiny also loves cherry limeades and we couldn't find anything in this town yesterday. It was just a coincidence that hubby wanted to go get the gun last night, so everyone was taken care of! We also stopped by Domino's for a quick supper. Then tucked into bed early. Hopefully we will get our hair colored tonight, we both went with a light auburn, but got them at different times and didn't realize we picked the same color! Her hair is darker and without gray, so they will look like different colors when we are done. We will work on that after Freddie leaves, I am sure he doesn't want to participate in girls night quite like that.

Before this, we only had a bb gun, hubby isn't one that is really into hunting or anything like that and until recently I was very opposed to having one around. I have shot a gun before, but it has been a long time. I will need to brush up. Hubby gave us a brief tutorial last night on how to take the lock on/off, how to load, that kind of stuff, but it was already dark so we didn't get to shoot it. I sound much tougher than I really am, but that beautiful fox has got to go. I am seriously considering getting a pistol and taking a conceal and carry course to pack it with me. Hubby is getting really scared!
