Well, the reason I use corn off the cop is because I actually "cream" it .. I cut the kernals in half as I cut them off the cob and then I take my knife and scrape all the "goody" off the cob (the rest of the kernal), and sometimes I add a little heavy cream to it ..

Yum ... I wanna go make some now !

Sounds good, but not much corn on the cob around here.

Hello everyone! I am insanely busy with student work today and tomorrow, so won't be around a lot. I wanted to pop in and say hi, though! Those chicks are DARLING, by the way.

My older 2 button quail babies are feathering out. Even the younger two are getting feathers -- even the smallest one!
