Weight Watcher Brownies.... 1 pt.

3 Cups All-Bran
2 1/2 Cups Water
1 Pkg AlwaySave Brownie Mix..(cheapie mix in a bag)
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Soak All-Bran in water for 5 mins. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9x13 pan @ 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. Cut into 24 squares


This is a great recipe for a chocolate fix. : )


I found all my books from when I was on WW's in 2007. I also have a WW's cookbook. All this is at home right now but if there is something you want me to look up or something you want me to copy and send you, just let me know!

In case anyone cares, here's what I'm making for dinner in the crock pot:

Sausage-Potato Slow Cooker Dinner

1 c water
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (I didn't use this since I don't have any

)
6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
3/4 lb sausage, casings removed and browned (I used wild pork sausage that we have)
1 onion, chopped (I used about 1/4 of one)
1/4 cup flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 &1/2 c grated cheddar cheese, divided
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup

1. Combine water and cream of tartar. Toss potatoes in water and drain.
2. Layer potatoes, sausage, onion, flour, salt, pepper, and half of cheese in slow cooker. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
3. Dot butter over top. Pour soup all over.
4. Cover. Cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
5. Sprinkle reserved cheese over top just before serving.

Entire recipe = 60 points. 10 small servings = 6 points/serving.

Obviously this was NOT a WW recipe, but I was working with what I have to thros in the crock pot since I have to work tonight.

Revolutionmama has a great recipe for vegan brownies with only a bit of raw sugar and honey- and she has a recipe for raw chocolate nib cubes that have NO sweetening but taste great!!! It's a fix for the craving and doesn't kill your attempt to quit the stuff. I'm a recovering chocaholic.

I'm on the Candida Diet, which is brutal. Brutal. Violently terrible.

Did I mention brutal?
