Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

It is beautiful here today too! I am loving the sunshine!

I got swamped at work all at once. I was trying to look something up, had a client come see me, got a phone call in the meantime. Took care of the client here, went back to look up stuff some more, got another phone call. Finished the looking up and trying to return the first phone call, but get a busy signal! Still waiting for the boss to return my call or otherwise I am going to tell the person I am trying to call back whatever I want without his approval.

I am also craving chocolate...

I want to be outside today watching Jasper romp and the kittens run through the yard!! Maybe I will get out of here soon!

Just went way down in the gully to DH's garden to see if any of the birdhouse gourds were ready and got them all the way up to the back porch and Isaac dropped one and then I dropped one and broke them both.

Still have almost 10 that I am waiting for their stems to turn brown befor I pick so not a total loss.
Never expected any of them to grow since I planted them right befor a serious gully washer of a rain and looked like they had all been washed away. DH thought so too and tilled the ground again and planted tomatoes. It was perfect when they started growing cuz they took over his tomato run! lol

Did you copy down that chocolate brownie recipe I posted? It's only 1 point a piece!

Yes, but I am just hoping it will pass. It is a stress induced craving, it will go away! lol

I haven't grown them either. I remember when Colton was really young and planted a zucchini seed in a styrofoam cup for scouts one time. He brought that thing home and wanted to plant it so I told him just to stick it in the front yard in one of the tires with flowers in it. That darned thing grew huge and vined all over the yard! My fil had planted several in his garden and none came up, but Colton had plenty for him to work up from that one tiny plant!

Hi everybody!!

Algo I would love to grow gourds. Thats something I have never done. My x and I moved in to a house that the gal had planted a huge gourd patch just before she moved. I had hundreds when it was time to harvest! Everybody I knew got free gourds. That was 12 or so years ago. Dumb question, how do you grow them? Is it a seed for gourds, just like a pumpkin or something similar?
