Yes it was just getting to cold for the camper and hubby got tired of not having a door to close. lol

The guy hasnt even started on the house he has to much going on in his life I suppose. So we rented a little 2 bedroom duplex just out of town! Still int he county thank god. I am not a town kinda gal! We told the guy, that we are still intrested and to let us know when it was ready. In the mean time we are on a VERY tight budjet, not sure if we will come up with the down payment while renting, but there was no way I could spend a winter in that camper.. Burrr!!!

Oh, this house is primarily gas heat, but we do have the fireplace. The chimney repairs are being done on Thursday. Can you say "go for broke?" I figure if I'm spending $600 on the chimney stuff this year then I'm dang well using the fireplace A LOT this year. (New damper, tuckpoint, inspect, cleaning...)

Glad you are in a house again! A camper in the winter would have been impossible. Heck, a camper for months at a time would drive me mad.
