I just remembered I had the camera in my bag. Here is our friend with his deer. DH hoisted it up with the tractor.

Edited to add.... We actually caught this deer on the wildlife camera a week ago. Isn't that cool!

Well, gee, talk about a conversation lull...

Brooder is all ready for my babies to hatch! candled late last night (OK, so early this morning) and pulled out 8 eggs. They were clear last time, too, or had other issues (one was sloshy). There are two more that probably should be pulled out. Pretty sure they didn't develop or were early quitters but they were harder to see into.

It is hard because we don't have a clue what they may be looking for or what sort of questions he may have. Of course we have nothing to hide, we just want to be prepared and make a great impression. Frank is coming over on Wed for Raymonds Bday dinner

Nat I told Raymond Christmas probably wouldn't be much this year, he said "I think I can handle that"!!

Besides with any luck he could have a brother for Christmas. Hey does that make Nat a Godfather

I hadn't thought of that, but I think it would!! Des and I were chuckling about that again last night on our way to bowling! We were chatting about all you girls again to hubby. Anyway, bake something, that'll impress them right off the bat. Then explain to them about BYC and that you have all kinds of support and help when it comes to raising the new bundle of joy!
