Yep it is a blast, and since it's our own company I'm still in my robe at 8:20am my time...oops maybe I better go make some eggs and shower!

She is anxious to get back. Once she gets the trach and feeding tube out, they will just be gauzed and taped shut. (no stitches) She wears a scarf when she goes outside. I was surprised to hear she was going back so soon, but I guess if she thinks she can handle it. She says she is just ready to enjoy her senior year again.

She sounds like a very positive young lady and that is important in this situation. It is sweet that she will be at your holiday dinner next week. My Aunt invited us but I think we are going to stay home. Now i need to call and tell her that

If I give oyu her # will you call her? Des, you're tough, will you do it?

I was surprised when we walked in yesterday and she started chattering at both Des and I like we were long lost friends. We actually had a good time over there. Des and her dad parked in front of the TV to watch Glee, apparently they bonded over that!
