I think we have decided to pass on the goat. This just isn't a good time with all the snow on the ground and sub zero temps. It is hard enough to take care of what we have right now, so we will discuss it in the spring again. We agree that this one would probably be perfect for Jasper, but we are also considering another bottle baby. Idk

I almost would like snow today -- I said almost. It's warm out about 50. Suppose to get colder like in the 30's, hope this stuff doesn't turn to ice.

DD19 was chatting with her friend in Buffalo .. of course, relaying all the chaos.

He was laughing .. saying "So much for Don't Mess with Texas" .. the headlines will read:

2 INCHES OF SNOW CRIPPLES ALL OF TEXAS.. LOL

It was pretty funny .. and pretty true.

Everything is closed in Houston .. there are hundreds (literally) of wrecked cars everywhere ..

I can only sit and shake my head ... 7/8ths of the rest of the country deal with this every year .. we get it for 24 hours ..
