Hi all! I have a toothache and will not be very gabby today. I'm getting it pulled this afternoon.

Well, I'm back on the trail of trying to find a therapist for DD19.

It's been difficult to find one that is relatively close, that our insurance will cover.

She's such a bright kid, we need to get her over these anxieties and phobias (and possilby and ACTUAL diagnosis - instead of mine, lol) and get her back on track.

Most people plant rhubarb roots that have already been started and attained some size. If you do seeds, you will take an extra year or two before you can harvest. Remember not to harvest this year if you grow seeds. You won't want to harvest much next year, either, if at all. It's probably going to be the third year before you start a light harvest. With roots you can start a light harvest a year sooner.

Asparagus is the same way -- you won't harvest at all this year. If you have very prolific growth this year then you could harvest a few stalks next year, and a little more the next year. You won't do a heavy harvest (long harvest) until about the 4th year.
