LOL Im doing Been swamped at work as usual-Kids have been keeping me really busy lately-went away this past weekend to Mugg's house for a gethering to swap eggs-birds and alcohol haha had a blast trip was great! Got to meet a few more folks that Ive been in touch with for over two years and never met them before fun fun
Winter has been depressing me something fierce as it doesnt want to go away:-( Gave my big turkeys away to a friend and moved my ducks away from the hens so they can stop beating them up-peace has come over my little farm again and I love it-cleaner-quieter-and cheaper!!! haha

Good news! The last of my husband's test results came back with great results. His prognosis is really good as a result.

Have to get outside in the freaking cold soon and plant stuff...

I've been reading about the Triangle Factory Fire in New York. It was 100 years ago today. Mostly young girls, 147 died either in the fire or jumping from the 8th and 9th floors. I had never heard of it before today. Very tragic. Brown University is in that building today. If you get a chance, read it. There is a website that covers the fire and also has interviewed 10 or so suvivors.

Ahhhh, my internet is back! My husband fixed it in about ten minutes after I'd been trying to figure it out for 4 days.

Did I mention I hate computers? Except that they keep me connected with tou girls! And I start to go through serious withdrawal when I miss out on my BYC family.

Roz - GREAT news! Guess all of out prayers were heard!

While my internet has kept me away I have managed to get my entire garden planted - peas (3 kinds), bans (4 kinds), corn, asparagus, peppers (4 kinds), carrots, beets, radishes, squash, zucchini, okra, eggplant, artichokes, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes (2 types), tomatillos, and probably something else I forgot about. I'm going to plant my herb garden in a container this go round and keep it near the kitchen door so I don't have to walk so far to get the herbs.

I'm also going to give some rhubarb seeds a whirl and see what happens.

Spec (the goat that got injured by te dogs) lost her kids...not sure if I already said that. She had them a week early, but I'm pretty sure they were already gone before they were born.

Beautiful twin bucklings. My other Nigerian is due 4/1 and starting to bag up, so cross your fingers for healthy kids.

I have to work a 20-hr shift tomorrow, 8 hrs off, then a 16 hr shift. Sigh. At least I get to start making my own schedule next month!
