Wow that is awesome. I am really starting to think about quitting. since i have been in my new place, I smoke a heck of a lot more than I did before. I had quit for a while then stress had the better part of me so i started back. didn't change the situation, but sure made it a little more tolerable.
What is going to be your first Meat Item?
I am proud of your discipline. You would think my growing up in a military family and married military for 10 years some would of rubbed off, i guess I am just a rebel that way.
My husband is making me corned beef and cabbage. It really hurt St Pattys day to smell that and not eat any! I decided then and there that is what I wanted! I wonder if a person can founder on meat? Lol!
Why don't you try not smoking in your house? That could be the first step, then just keep testing yourself. No cigarettes after a certain time, no cigs in the car...etc. It's not easy but I have faith in you. You have already shown when you set your mind to something, you can do it!!
I LOVE corn beef and cabbage. i missed out on it too this year since i had left when st. patties day came around.
Last time I quit I used Chantix. Worked like a charm. I really didn't have much craving when I started except for the desire to smoke. The way you suggest seems like a really good step down method. I will have to work on that. Not saying I am making the commitment right away, but been praying about it.
Purple, good to see you. sorry to hear you have been in pain. Poor Isaac got a spanking :-(. but you know what is best for him. Glad he got to play outside all day too.
Hey Kelly, sounds like a good plan for Easter.
the closer it gets to 5:00 the more anxious I am getting about going home. I love being busy because the days fly by, but when there isn't much going on they seem to drag.
see y'all in a bit.
