Hey everyone!

Hope yall have not been getting blown away from all the storms. We lost one shingle and half our back porch the other night but that is NOTHING compared to what alot of people around here lost. Some people were out of power for 5 days! Got another tornado type storm building and heading our way soon. We are leaving to go buy parts for my wrecked truck an hour away from here and hoping to avoid it.

Yall have a good Easter? We had a good time over at my mothers. Lots of food, candy and fighting over who was going to get to hold Ian next! lol

Sure wish kelly would post the picture that circulated this weekend so we can all love it.

Easter was wonderful. Full of lots of hugs and kisses from my nieces and nephews. My mom and sister and her DH. He was so sweet he washed my car for me.

Been a Monday around here, can't wait to get out of here and go piddle at my house. I have got to get some pictures to show you all.


Purple that's sweet how much people love to hold babies. I held chase this weekend and while he was laughing and being sweet that was fine, but my nieces know that when one starts crying and they are in my arms you better come running cause I do not know what to do with them and they are being handed over as quick as possible.

Now the older ones we had a blast, i bought water pistols and had a water fight with them. it was fun. I bought a pack of 8 and some had two pistols to shoot -- I wasn't lucky enough to get two.

Haven't had any bad weather this way.

Gosh since I am back to work fulltime I can hardly find the time to take a moment to read, sorry about that. Hope everyone is doing ok, don't have much news to tell. It's very warm up here temp around 23 degrees celsius so I am mostly outside reading, or doing some things in the vegetable garden

And that's also what I am going to do right now, a bit of work in the garden

Have any of you ever read the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series? I'm on the last book and it was a great series, although you have to be able to stomach some gore and quite a bit of "adult" material.
