Ever had a "naked" chick?

I have a 6 week old GLW that has virtually no feathers, just a little fuzz. The other 2 I got at the same time, (same place, same breed) are fully feathered and growing out nicely. Any ideas what could be the problem with the little ugly one?

A roo was my original thought, it's just so weird having a naked bird!!
 
I had 2 black cockerals last year that I thought had some weird thing going on because the were naked for a looooong time. Nope, just lazy dudes. Turned out to be gorgeous roosters once they got with the program.
 
my columbian wyandotte was a really ugly, naked chick.... I never thought she would feather in and it took weeks longer than the others chicks of the same age....

Don't worry, I had several Wyandottes that were quite naked at that age that grew up to be beautiful.

At 12 weeks the morning that her back feathers came in:
