I know this is our first time doing this, and i know this was a home made incubator, but i dont understand why we've lost them ALL! :( :(

the only ones i have left i slipped them under a broody chicken, because i figured she can do a better job than we are :(

i have 28 more duck eggs that need to go in, but i'm terrified to use this incubator now.
but then again, they developed perfectly all the way to hatching, so obviously it works?

is anyone here kind and patient and willing to help me through this?

If they developed all the way to hatching but didn't hatch, your most likely issue is a lack of ventilation. Can you post pics of the incubator and describe how much ventilation you have to confirm?
