If I were to guess I'd say an anti-government extremist as well. You see the middle eastern terrorists take credit for their attacks even when they fail. Like in the case of the shoe bomber or the car loaded up with explosives in times square. No one injured or hurt but they couldn't wait to brag to the world. No one is coming forward on these bombings. I suspect we'll know before long.. there were a lot of people with cameras that day.

I suspect law enforcement will know well before the rest of us. I don't think anyone wants it to go down like the Atlanta bombing did. Unfortunately, I do think they have a lot more experience now.

Holy smokes, CNN just reported that they have identified a suspect!

I wonder if the letters containing ricin are somehow connected to this. So far two have been found, one going to a Senator and another to the White House.
Having a suspect is a step, but who knows if it is a step forward or not.

It's rather concerning that no one has come forward to claim the attack. As far as what has been reported goes, it could be domestic, could be foreign, could be political, could be random. I think I would prefer media stations not to speculate openly without any facts, since it could lead to further harm being caused.

FOX reporting suspect ID'd and arrest is "imminent." I can't wait to get a look at this coward.

edit: oh wow just refreshed CNN and they say they have made an arrest. I hope they got the right guy.

I can't seem to get any independent confirmation that CNN isn't just blowing smoke. The other news organizations are saying "CNN reports".
