They are very pretty! I've never heard of that breed before!

Some of my modenas are good parents and some are not. The Hubbell pigeon has been around since the 1920's but are it is not an NPA recognized breed. I'm working with a NPA official to see what i can do to get them registered with the NPA soon

I have one who will fly up on top of the coop, and do tiny circles. But generally he's not much of a flier.

Same, for my classic frills they fly up to my house's roof but that's as far as they have ever gone. That's really cool though! When they stay home they are easier to care for and watch.

They're such amazing birds! How big do they get? Are they as big as a bantam chicken or still very small?
