She's sneezing a lot, barely walking around, and she looks gloomy and sad.

Hmmmmm well the sneezing doesn't lead me to believe she would have egg binding so hmmmmm she has some type of respiratory disease most likely infectious bronchitis or IB which can be treated with tetracycline a yellow powder you mix into their water if it weren't for her sneezing I would say she has egg binding because a couple years ago I had a hen that was super healthy then one day she looked really depressed and walked very little and I knew something was wrong but I had little knowledge of what and I found her dead the next morning but because your hen is sneezing I would get her some tetracycline from a feed store/tractor supply store and that should make her better but she will always be a carrier and can pass it to chicks if bred if I'm correct

Yeah i play but no, in all honesty its not my favorite sport, i would rather play rugby or even lacrosse but we don't have either where i live. I'm just in football because we get a period in school where we just weight lift or run.

you should take her to the vet. Most exotic vets also take in birds.
