Evil hens: UPDATE! A CHANUKAH MIRACLE!!!

This is how I feel too. We are going to give it another week and see, as we havent found any BO's yet.

Well I am sending her to a farm today. She is going to the place that I sent my rooster. He apparently is having problems fitting in and my hen just drop kicked my little chick! So hopefully they will make a nice pair at his farm... and no not on the xmas dinner table...

I'd rehome them or put them in the pot. I have a friend who has lots of hens, and quite often we'll trade out hens if one of mine or one of hers is nasty. Putting the evil ones in a new flock seems to sort them right out.

ITS A CHANUKAH MIRACLE! (especially now that I have 8 chickens

).

After the meanest barred rock decided to drop kick my 2 month old I took her to a chicken friend here to be with Nugget the rooster as I posted above. Well Nugget is a beauty and after we tossed her into his pen he did his dance and then did "his thing". YAY now Nugget isnt alone anymore!!!!!!

SO while we were there I saw a sweet little Serama and a brown Silke which he let me take. Both are apparently laying and are in good health. (the serama had a runny nose, but that only happened after we took her in from the cold then put her in the heated truck, she is no longer runny).

We tossed them in the coop and while there was a bit of pecking and jumping nothing to serious. Now all the new hens, old hens and the babies are all in the coop together and getting along, so far.

Peace finally in the coop

Thanks for all yalls help
