Hope I can get any info, my hen is one of four rescued hens the other three are fab, but this one has gone from being full of life to just sitting and will not eat anything or drink, I've had them for about two weeks now and it's the best thing ever to see them behave like normal hens, her poo is yellowish and sorta slimy, she had been laying but not for a while now, she is my favourite one and I want to do what I can for her does anyone have any ideas ?

Since she is new to you and your property, and probably new to being on the ground at all, get some Corid (Amprolium) and treat for coccidiosis asap. That is the most likely possibility and her symptoms are pretty classic. You can just treat them all.

Dose for the powder is 1.5 teaspoons per gallon, liquid is 2 teaspoons per gallon. Make it up fresh every day and treat for 5 days.
