Who the (edited) do the judges think they are to dispense relationship advice? Sanctimonious . I thought their job was to follow the letter of the law? I guess subjectivity rules in a world where too many people in positions of 'power' think they have a right to force their opinions on others.

since it was dissmissed, she can file again, i think with a lawyer, so back might help. His brother is on the force though, Kate says we should leave it alone. They said she was messing around on him, and i wouldn't blame her. Gary is Quaker, so there are very passive, and he thinks we should leave alone too. Not me though, I paid for tires on her car that he took, he was supposed to put the car in her name for paying for his oral surgery, evidently that family has really bad teeth.
She has all the receipts from that too. Way over a $1000, his momma should have paid for that.

Courts don't really approve of living without the benefit of marriage (which is covered under the law for joint property) if people dont get married and use the laws that are created to protect.
