Judge Judy and this Judge should keep their biases to themselves and simply stick to the law. It shouldn't matter if you were having a sexual relationship with the person you lived with. All that should matter is that you were robbed.
When I was a teenager, there was a case that was very famous. A woman was raped and the man found innocent because she wasn't wearing any underwear. The same kind of thinking applies here. If a woman shows any sexuality or has sex outside of marriage, some people consider any crime against her justified.
Do any of you realize that is what this judge is saying? "Oh you had sex outside of marriage with this man, so you got what you deserved." This type of thinking makes me very angry.
