I created a quick excel sheet for calculating weight loss in eggs. I used 13.5% as the amount needed to be lost by day 18. I made it sized for an auto turner - so 42 eggs.
Fill out the weight in the blue starting weight - then fill out the start date in yellow. The orange fields are all for each time the eggs are weighed throughout incubation.
The green fields will auto calculate how what percentage the egg is from it's original weight and above that will be the goal for that date. Then you can see how close to on target you are and which direction is needed to go with the humidity.

I just through in some test numbers here - the original weight (blue) has been weighed on day 11(date I entered in the yellow box) (new weight under) and the fields on the right (green) show the % of original weight. The goal was 91.88% and these test numbers were pretty close.
What do you guys think? Too much? Not enough?
