Excitedly awaiting puppies arrivals. BOTH ARE HERE!!!! *PICS*

How absolutely adorable!! I hope he doesn't pee in your slippers for naming him Lillie.

I'm finding the name a little difficult myself. I keep calling him a she/her. Its hard talking about a Lillie then saying he. I get dirty looks from the kids though whenever I call him a she/her, so I'm sure I'll learn quickly enough  I have bought him a little cat bed den hut house thing and his favorite game so far is stealing clean clothes after you've just folded them then running and hiding them in his hut. He's a cutie.

Don't feel bad, I have a female cat named Frank. But what are you going to name a new kitten when you already have a cat named Beans?? Frank and Beans. It's just common sense.

Lillie is a beautiful puppy and the pictures are great!

George the PWD is getting picked up on the 5th. He's older then Lillie by three days but we have to wait longer to get him as he is being de-sexed. His appointment is on the 24th, so tomorrow. :( I'm a little nervous.

This two weeks has gone by a lot faster then the two weeks waiting for Lillie.
No, he is not from Jane Anderson, but I am enjoying reading through her websites and absorbing all the information she has to offer. We considered getting a pup off her but that would mean having the puppy flown to us again. We'd much rather get a pup locally. The breeder is still a three hour drive away but that's better then the other side of the country.

Lillie is absolutely great. He was an angel for the first three days then turned into a monster and started attacking everyone. It was deja vu and a mighty shock. He's getting better now since we have changed our way of doing things. Reading through all the puppy training books a lot of the little things we were doing was making him think he was the alpha  like cuddling him, picking him up a certain way, letting him go out the door before us and letting him get away with biting. instead of just saying no and continuing playing we now have everyone loudly and firmly say no, uh uh or no biting then walk away. It seems to be working. And it is also just because he is a pup and is doing what pups do.
I'm very happy that we got to get Lillie first as it is much better for us (especially the kids) to click into puppy mode with a smaller dog. now we know what to expect with George.
I'll let you all know as soon as we get him.
