Monk........may I ask what the big white pvc tube is for? I was thinking it was a homemade waterer, but then I realized the water would flow out of it. Oh.......maybe it doesn't flow out because the end is capped?

I solved my ventilation problem by just setting a boxfan in the coop window, (blowing outward) stabilizing it with a piece of wood behind it, and keeping it on a timer. There are enough other windows to draw air through.
It was really amazing how it cooled off the coop.
