Then I think they will all be laying, very, very soon. I do think you need to keep the golf balls in their nests to show them that's where to deposit!

Already have been! So glad too... another of the BR's squatted a couple hours ago... I will also start supplying them with oyster shell.

Likely you are already doing so, but make sure you have moved them to layer feed.
