Expecting first egg, hen and I are nervous. Question too - thanks!

Omg you'd think all of my girls that go in the boxes so far get paid by the cluck. They cluck or sing non-stop - whether they lay an egg or not. One today had me in hysterics. She went to the farthest box, got in with her HUGE butt sticking out (a buff

) and sat there clucking softly for about 20 min. I swear she was trying to coax the egg out. Like when you can't get the car to start and sit there going "Come on, ol' girl...come on...you can do it...here we go..." Finally she got out and looked in the box walked off very dejected that there was no egg in there.
