Dudley seems to be feeling much better today and ate and drank a bunch. I gave her a long swim in the bathtub last night with warm water and Epsom salts. Fingers crossed no eggs. I have her back in her dark room . I’m thinking best not to let her out to play with her sisters till after she is re-implanted and gets her antibiotic.

I think that's a wise decision for now. That's great she is eating and drinking!! I don't think I'd use Epsom salt in the tub if she drinks the water, ES is also a laxative and can cause dehydration.

Awesome thank you! I’m definitely going to get some on hand ASAP. My thoughts on the Epsom salts was that it would help to flush out what she has left from the egg since like you said it does act like a laxative.

I thought of that after I said that about the ES. Just make sure she has water constantly.

Just a note about Countryside pet supply. They are in Missouri I think and they deliver extremely fast which is awesome. Mostly free delivery too. The downside is they don't have everything. I've used Allbird too and they were good but I can't remember about the speed of delivery.

I bought Baytril from Allbirds they aren’t as quick as countryside pets but they didn’t take weeks either.

Dr Vena will have it when I go tomorrow but I’m gonna order some of each like you did so I have it for emergencies. Knock on wood , the darkness has calmed her down and I have a little radio playing for her so she can’t hear her sisters cuz she gets excited when she hears them. With it being Spring they are all crazy loud out there. So no more eggs for now thank God.
