I wanted to update my post. Cockerel had not crowed in a month and not really dominant over my hens and pullets. No spurs. Hackle feathers are pointed. I think the tail looks like my EE hens. He is now 19 weeks. Is it really a RooWelcome to BYC!

Spurs don't really start to develop until several months old and aren't remotely impressive until they become roosters.No spurs.
