Experiences with Scratch and Peck Organic feed and/or Cascade feed?

Just purchased a 25lb bag of scratch and peck and its being shipped with free shipping. I'm sure that is ultimately rolled into the price as all comments I have seen says for the same 34 bucks, I could get 50lbs of some other feed. I do not have my chickens yet, and am getting food here in early preparations for them...with getting a total of 18 laying hens, I'm not sure how long 25lbs will last me. LOL

Anyway, I looked at a lot of stuff....only a couple things really stood out to me. This was one of those products so ultimately I just decided I had to make a choice, and this was what I bought. Hopefully it works out great. I have seen many people state that when they switched over to organic feed, the hens production went down. I am hoping with 18 hens of different varieties, that I can get 75 eggs per week out of them. In my head, I'm thinking if at least 15 hens will give me 1 egg 5 days a week...that will be 75 eggs and will be more then enough. :)
