External Pip at wrong end!

My ducks are now on day 30 and one has externally pipped at the wrong end. I want to do anything I can possibly can to save it. The pip is star shaped and still too tiny for air to come through. What should I do, I was sleeping and woke up to that pip. Please Help!

Yes the duck has made the pip larger. I am going to let nature take its course. I’m confident everything will be successful!
