External pip over 12 hours ago

I have one that had hatched This morning. It didn’t absorbs all the yolk but he is doing just fine! He is still in the brooder drying off the one I thought was dead and opened hasn’t made much progress so I gave him a little air hole and his beak is visable. I’m going to wait a little while longer and re asses. I really want him to make it on his own. I have 2 more that are coming out the wrong end but no external pip yet. Duckling that hatched has moved a long some others as a new one has an external pip. I’m thinking Monday is when they will start to hatch out.

So this is the top and bottom of the egg I thought had died. He’s made the hole a bit bigger but it’s taken him a while to do so.

My fingers are crossed for the one still in its shell. If it's making the hole bigger, that's a good sign.
