EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE CHICK! HELP!

Well... It was a sexed pullet, so no.
That doesn't always mean much, out of 21 "Pullets" I'm fairly certain I have 3 roosters. 1 is 100% rooster and the other two are still suspects but their comb and coloring in general point roo. 90% accuracy is good in theory but it still means that on average 1 in 10 are roos, and you could be unlucky.

that's what I said, it was supposed to be a Pullet, but no, I'm not sure.. thanks though.

Culling doesn't have to be killing.

It just means eliminating from your flock. It can mean re homing. ;)

I agree with other suggestions though, and would try that. :fl
Culling does mean to put down/kill.

maybe technically it does, but in the chicken world it just means selecting the best birds and re homing or butchering the rest.

To be clear... we can almost always find SOMETHING to support our views EVEN if it isn't correct. It just depends on what WE choose focus on.

Still, I stand my ground that culling does NOT always mean killing, though it CAN mean killing...

NOUN
  • 1A selective slaughter of animals.

‘fishermen are to campaign for a seal cull’

    1. 1.1 An inferior or surplus livestock animal selected for culling.
‘he keeps his female calves and sells only male calves and herd culls’

      as modifier ‘a cull cow

I am personally aware of the broader meaning of cull... and cull animals from my stock OFTEN... by selling them off to where they are better suited. For example... I won't breed a hen with the wrong eye color. She is still perfect for another home that just wants the beautiful eggs and a healthy hen or isn't breeding towards a specific standard.

Many things, especially in the English language have more than one meaning... so context is often key. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and allowing me the opportunity to expand on my own. :highfive:

UPDATE: She has turned out too be my sweetest, snuggliest, and not agressive with anything!!! Pullet btw. I Love my Maggie!
