Wait, if she is eggbound, would that explain her being slow and losing weight for the last couple of weeks?

If she is egg-bound, you should be able to tell by feeling for the egg. If egg bound you will feel the egg:

If she's egg bound you could give her a warm bath and massage when my chickens were egg bound they were slow and would stand or sit puffed up some passed it by themselves and some with some help but all made it good luck!!

I put my finger down in her vent as far as my finger is long, I did not feel an egg. What now?

Her vent is kind of dry on the outside and poop is collecting on the butt feathers.

Hey guys! She is still alive! I gave her some antibiotics and had her eat a scrambled egg.
