Eye Discharge?

I noticed that there is a little bit of a white foamy substance in the corners of my mallard drakes eyes. I've never seen this before. Should I be concerned and what can I give him to make it go away?

Hmmm...I'm not sure exactly what it is, but it sounds like the sae thing that has been coming from the beak of one of my ducklings.
