Eye drops & saline

Everyone keeps talking about all of these antibiotic treatments but powdered oral terramycin is the only thing I've been able to find OTC. We have no local poultry vet so getting a script is out of the question, not to mention cost....any antibiotic eyedrops that are OTC??

Has anyone used Ofloxacin ophthalmic solution for their chicken with a swollen/ closed eye? The eye had a yellow discharge. And I put in the sterile saline solution and Terramycin, but I'm wondering about these drops. My vet gave me for my cat with the eye injury.
