I think my 1 year old silkie hen got pecked in one of her eyes or injured it somehow. It was closed and is now half open. Im going to get some eye drops but cant find any 100% saline drops. I have some other eye drops and some contact solution but I heard that just saline is best. I have this stuff called systane, blink drops, and regular contact solution.

Here is the link to the blink eye drops. The ingredients is under the ocupure preservative and electrolyte advantages tab.

Here is a link to systane.

Should I use any of these eye drops to clean out the eye? Would it be best to just use warm water? After its cleaned I plan on using an antibiotic ointment on the eye like the one in this article. They say it works!

I dont about those things you listed. To make a sterile saline solution you can bring 8 ounces of water to a boil with 1/2 teaspoon of non iodized salt. Boil for a few minutes and allow to cool. You can refrigerate what you dont use for another time. I also recommend you put terramycin eye ointment or neosporin in the eye as you mentioned. Do this after flushing her eye. Good luck.
