Eye gunk

My silkies had some mycoplasma a few weeks ago. They are still sneezing a little, but better. We didn't treat them, my mom wanted to let them get their immunities built up, and everyone was still eating so it ended up being okay. They are really gross from all the eye and beak gunk. I can clean their beaks off with water and my shirt/towel, but the fluff around the eyes is a different story. Any recommendations? One of my chickens (silkie) has cross beak. The side without the weird beak is normal, the other side is yucky and crusty. Also need recommendations for that. They haven't started laying yet, so I haven't treated anyone. If they start laying and the egg production stinks I'll invest in something, but right now I'm letting them get immunity up. My regular flock is fine, but silkie flock is recovering.

Do you have a picture of the eyes? If MG is suspected, the eye should be cleaned with eye wash, and either Terramycin or plain Neosporin can be put in the eye twice a day. Tylosin or a few antibiotics can be used to treat symptoms.

Not yet... eyes have been cleaned, but the past gunk from the now cleared infection is still stuck on! I need to know how to clean it off.
